Service Description

Have you always wanted to stand on your hands or perfect your current handstand? Then this workshop is for you! Come learn how to do a proper handstand with confidence through proper joint and core training.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation must be done within 12 hours, otherwise the session will be forfeited/utilised. 2. Session will be forfeited in the event of a 'NO SHOW'. Attire: Please don attire without zippers/buttons and drawstring. Shoes are not required. We hope you have fun in your session!
